- A 37-player golf tournament I help run: a phone app with live hole-by-hole scoring, where the other team confirms or disputes every score, plus captains' draft tools, chat and automatic round emails. It works offline on the course.
- A health clinic's staff KPI and bonus app: I brought it back online after months down, closed a hole that let any user make themselves an admin, and handed it to their team with a runbook.
