Two systems that finally agree.

When your store, your office software and your CRM each have their own version of the truth, I make them match.

  • A health clinic's in-office medical software and online store never agreed on stock. The office software had no usable API, so I built a script that reads its export, matches each product to the store listing by name with a confidence score, flags anything under 60% for a person to check, and writes the store's import file. Then I handed the routine to their team.

The problem

Every system has its own version of the numbers.

You sell in the office and online. Each sale updates one system and leaves the other wrong.

Somebody spends an afternoon fixing it by hand, and it's wrong again by Friday.

The fix is a sync you can trust, even when one of the systems won't cooperate.

How it works

Data sync, start to finish

  1. 01
Map the dataWhich fields mean the same thing in each system, and which one is right when they disagree.
  2. 02
Match the recordsProducts or contacts matched automatically, with a score. Anything uncertain goes to a person, not a guess.
  3. 03
Run the syncOn a schedule, on a trigger, or as a one-step routine your staff can run.
  4. 04
Hand it overA written procedure your team can follow without me.

Questions I get

What if one of my systems has no API?
Then I work from its export, like the clinic above. Slower, but reliable.
Will it overwrite good data with bad?
No. You decide which system wins for each field, and uncertain matches wait for a person.
